Cancellations within 48 hours of the day of arrival, or 'no shows' entitle us to charge 100% of the value of the first night accommodation. Ivy Tower Hotel is strictly No Smoking throughout all Guest Rooms, Conference & Function Suites, Bistro, Bar and Public Areas. In the event that a guest smokes within a hotel guest room, the hotel reserves the right to charge a Eur150.00 Deep Cleaning Fee to the room occupant. The hotel respectfully requests that hotel guests do not smoke within any internal are of the premises and use the dedicated external smoking areas provided. Under the Public Health (Tobacco) Act, 2002 (Section 47) Regulations 2003 it is illegal to smoke in enclosed places of work in Ireland which includes Hotels & Public Bars.
